All Pots and Plants:
- There is no refund policy for pots and plants since all such products are natural or unique. In case the order has been placed and If the order has been dispatched. we cannot refund your amount.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by phone, message, or WhatsApp at the number provided. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.
- An item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been ready for delivery and received by the recipient.
- All pots without plants can be returned within 14 days of the purchase. Item will be returned only after inspecting for any damage or any alteration made after purchase.
All other items (except pots and plants):
- 14 days return policy. Any item for return should be in good condition without any physical damage. Any damage noticed after delivery must be reported within 24 hours from delivery with photo proof and reported through the Contact-Us or WhatsApp or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Delivery Specialist as soon as possible, they will be near your address and they will take back the item. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
- If you have ordered the incorrect item, then we will exchange that product with the correct item, and you need to pay Delivery Charges for both items if the product is Dispatched.
