1. Delivery Zones:
   We currently offer delivery only within Kuwait at selected areas. We deliver orders through our own delivery network, we may engage 3rd party   
   logistics partners as well.
2. Delivery Timeframe:
   We shall dispatch your order upon receipt of payment or order confirmation. According to the FCFS delivery method
         • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability at the nearest outlet, a delivery confirmation email shall be sent
   prior to dispatch.
         • Please ensure that your contact details are accurate  to receive these notifications promptly.
3. Delivery Acceptance:
     Please inspect all items delivered for any damage or defects carefully. If the service is not satisfactory, please contact us immediately to report the
     problem.
5. Failed Delivery:
     Due to reasons such as incorrect address or recipient unavailability, and we are unable to deliver your order, please contact our customer service
     department to arrange for a pickup from a nearby location or schedule an alternative delivery time. We will
      not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered exceeding 7 days from the date of purchase.
6. Customer Support:
     Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team for any queries regarding your delivery.
9. Returns and Exchanges:
     An invoice shall be provided upon delivery and shall confirm your receipt of all items purchased in the order. Items found defective and reported during
     delivery shall qualify for exchange at Holt by Acacia.
10. Policy Updates:
    We reserve the right to update or modify our delivery policy at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting it on Holt website.
