This policy provides clear guidelines on returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a transparent
and efficient process. Please review the details carefully.
Wanting the Same Item but Different?
If you received your item and loved it but would like a different version (color, size, etc.),
it is eligible for exchange only – No Returns or Refunds.
Exchange Conditions
We do not offer returns or refunds for plants, pots, or garden accessories due to their sensitive nature.
However, an exchange is possible if:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- All tags are intact and attached.
- The original invoice is presented.
- The replacement item is of equal value or the price difference is paid.
- Delivery charges for the exchange are covered by the customer.
- You notify a HOLT Sales Representative within 24 hours of purchase so the exchange can be completed within 48 hours.
Wrong or Defective Item
If you receive the wrong or a defective item:

Visible issue: Do not accept the item. Return it immediately with the delivery team.

Not visible:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to a HOLT Sales Representative.
- Provide a clear photo of the issue for documentation.
- You may choose a return & refund or an exchange.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the purchase date.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after purchase and the order has already been prepared
for delivery or delivered, no return, refund, or exchange will be available.
